“The staff was great, helpful and very friendly. The room was adequate, although there were the bare minimum of towels (2 towels, 2 washcloths, 1 bath mat and 1 hand towel). The parking was convenient and secure. We did end up turning on the AC and it worked great. Our room was missing a tv remote, and when we called down to the front desk they brought us another one and tested it to be sure it worked within minutes. “Got there to check in and there’s a number on the door to call because the door is locked. Nobody answered the phone called it about 20 times and also called the phone at the desk multiple times there is no answer. We knocked on the door. We drove around the property and ended up having to go check into another hotel nearby now I have to fight to get my money back.”

After pulling off and paying for another room I was notified they checked us in as arrived after refusing service. ”

“theres no kitchen, a refrig and micro, i parked near the stairs and was left a note in the am that im not to park there and i will be towed, this was my first night. the doors dont close properly, security is an issue”
